        This package is ideal for the bride and groom that have all the wedding planning and preparation under control.  Wedding Day Coordination is focused on a stress free day, giving the bride and groom the opportunity to sit back and enjoy your special day!  The day of coordinator will handle the details and ensure your wedding day goes smoothly.  The wedding day package includes: 

  • Initial Consultation
  • Wedding Day Planning Session (to take place about 3 weeks before ceremony)
  • Detailed wedding day timeline for wedding party
  • Coordination of vendors including cake, DJ, caterer, and florist
  • Use of Wedding Emergency Kit
  • Final walk thru appointment at Location
  • Rehearsal Coordination (up to 1.5 hours)
  • Ceremony Coordination

 Wedding Advice, Assistance, and Coordination ($1550)
        Wedding Advice and Assistance is the perfect package for the couple that has dreamed of their ideal wedding day, but need a little direction on how to really make that dream reality.  Agape Events has years of wedding industry experience and can aid you in choosing the right vendors and location.  Then Agape Events will be there on the special day to ensure everything goes as planned.  Wedding Advise, Assistance, and Coordination includes:

  • Unlimited Phone and E-mail Correspondence
  • Planning Checklist
  • Wedding Etiquette Guidance
  • 2 planning sessions (1 hour each)
  • Professional Vendor Referral
  • Scheduled Meetings with Accompaniment (Up to 3 Vendors)

    • Review vendor contract

Once you are engaged, let us help you plan the rest!  This package is inclusive of the above items and will be customized to fit your specific needs.
