Wedding Day Coordination

 This package is ideal for the bride and groom that have all the wedding planning and preparation under control.  Wedding Day Coordination is focused on a stress free day, giving the bride and groom the opportunity to sit back and enjoy your special day!  The day of coordinator will handle the details and ensure your wedding day goes smoothly.  The wedding day package includes:  

• Initial Consultation

• Wedding Day Planning Session (to take place about 3 weeks before ceremony)

• Detailed wedding day timeline for wedding party 

• Coordination of vendors including cake, DJ, caterer, and florist

• Use of Wedding Emergency Kit

• Final walk thru appointment at Location

• Rehearsal Coordination (up to 1.5 hours)

• Ceremony Coordination

• Wedding Day Management:

  • Wedding day management is a small term for a myriad of details! From accepting deliveries to pinning boutonnieres, from getting you down the aisle on time to assisting guests, from preparing you for your grand reception entrance as Mr. & Mrs. to gathering gifts or any of your belongings once the limo has whisked you away.  Whatever is needed to create an organized wedding day, Agape Events is there every step of the way.
