Diana helped make our wedding day amazing! I knew I had to find someone special, that on the day of the wedding would take over all the tasks. She was the one! It was because of her professionalism, organizational skills, and great communication that made working with her enjoyable. When it started to rain during the reception, she was able to make adjustments so quickly and smooth that I (bride) didn't even have to think about! It was great having her, because I knew it would be able to enjoy the day and not have to worry about a thing. I would highly recommend Diana to any couple in need of a wedding coordinator. Diana was nothing but amazing throughout the 9 month wedding planning process. I love fast responses and Diana is great at that- always a response within 24hours. We are from out of town, so having someone that knows all the vendors and can tell me a little bit about each one was so helpful. My husband, Brett and I cannot thank Diana enough for her services for our wedding! While we hired Diana for only day-of-coordination, we booked two years in advance. Diana went way above and beyond her duty and answered every email I sent for two years, providing advice on vendors and DIY crafts that truly ended up making our wedding a day for all of our guests to remember and enjoy. Not only is Diana incredibly professional in her prompt responses, appearance, and demeanor, but she is also incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to the vendors in this area, and anything wedding related! When it came time for our wedding, Diana carried out every single DIY craft with care and precision, completely capturing our visions and dreams. We cannot even begin to imagine how stressful it would have been for our families to handle this on their own. On top of this, we had an outdoor wedding and last minute we learned it was going to rain. Diana was able to rearrange our seating arrangements on the fly and condense our entire vision under an intimate tent. Not only was it more than we could have ever hoped for, it was absolutely STUNNING! Since our wedding, we've heard from extended family and friends for the last three months raving about how fun and personal our wedding was and how wonderful all of our vendors were. We attribute all of this success to Diana. She allowed us to truly relax and enjoy every moment of our day, make memories that we will never forget, and work with absolutely amazing people in the process! After working with Diana, we 100% believe in hiring a wedding coordinator or at least a day-of-coordinator and would not recommend anyone other than Diana Ithomitis with her incredible attention to detail, commitment to those she works with, and eye for perfection! We cannot thank you enough for the time you spent with us making our wedding dreams a reality, and we are honored to have been able to work with you!

I want to give some advice to daughters and moms who have an upcoming wedding they are planning. Don't try to coordinate your wedding day yourself you will be exhausted and stressed! I am so very glad I hired Diana to take care of all the details of my daughters wedding day...it allowed me to feel like a guest and enjoy every minute. She took care of everything from decorating exactly as my daughter had requested to keeping things running smoothly with our DJ, Caterer, video guy and photographer. Diana is extremely knowledgeable about weddings and will give expert advice, but at the same time she respects her clients wishes and makes sure your special day is all that you imagined. She helped us with the rehearsal also and made sure everyone knew their part and how the timing would work. In addition she helped clean up after-wards and get all my daughters gifts and decorations back to her home. Diana is worth her weight in gold...I can honestly say that hiring her was the best decision I made regarding the wedding!
